Thanks for dropping in. We aim to dispatch within 2 business days. UK delivery is 2nd class by Royal Mail or Evri (courier). You will receive text or email alerts from Evri with your tracking details upon despatch.
The vintage products for sale are originals from the decade listed. Their condition will reflect their age and any significant wear, markings, etc. will be highlighted. Vintage condition is not considered damage or faulty.
We ask that you thoroughly read the item description before buying. We are unable to refund you if you're unhappy with a flaw that has been described and/or shown in a photograph.

Questions about your order?
Making a return is easy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, notify us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. Once you have notified us, you have 28 calendar days to return goods. Return of goods is at customer's expense. Once we receive the item back, we'll issue a full refund via your original payment method.
Please ensure you get a proof of postage when returning items.
We ask that you thoroughly read the item description before buying. We are unable to refund you if you're unhappy with a minor flaw that has been described and/or shown accurately in a photograph.

Frugal Cool's Privacy Policy
Frugal Cool is a small independent business owned and run by Nicky Orr (sole-trader). It is based in Scotland, UK and has been selling remade and vintage items on Etsy and Facebook since 2009. It sells exclusively to buyers in the United Kingdom. Frugal Cool fulfills and ship orders inhouse. After the successful dispatch of items sold on this site, it does not retain any buyer information inhouse, or on external data host such as Google Cloud. The sole record of previous sales is held by Big Cartel.
Frugal Cool does not share any customer personal information with third parties.
